This is a question I am often asks by prospects and from talking to others that are
involved with Ecommerce solutions. The best answer I can provide is making use of a
coach with extensive background with IT and knows not just one platform, but many
platforms helps customers’ best choose what is right for them.
There are Ecommerce solutions that are nothing more than a plug-in to a web site,
platforms common such as a word press Ecommerce solution, or Shopify for example.
Currently, around 35 percent of all Ecommerce web sites are on a word press web site
Ecommerce in a growth period where currently over 600 billion dollars are spent by
customers to one Ecommerce store or another. We all know the big ones such as
Amazon, eBay, etc. But many people don’t realize that any web site where something is
sold is by definition an Ecommerce web site. .
This is projected to grown to over a trillion dollars in the next couple of years. What most
customers don’t know is that it can cost some money to set up and maintain an
Ecommerce store, and while this can easily just be purchased from dozens of providers,
making use of help from a coach can let someone in a short period of time make
decisions where there increased revenue, if they have a current bricks and mortar store
can increase revenue by 50 to 100 percent or more. Those results are documented, and
some can even achieve a 150 percent increase in revenue. If someone doesn’t have a
current bricks and mortar store, they can still make a lot more money with having a
coach that has been setting up, configuring and tweaking Ecommerce solutions for
small to Fortune 500 companies.
Currently, across all platforms customers can expect only about 2.7 percent ROI-return

choice of vendors, and merchant accounts is up to the customer. Their coach is going to
be someone that takes into account whether they are an individual, sole proprietor, an
LLC, or an Inc company. Each customer will have different solutions. The customer will
need to have some technical skills or maybe even have a consultant that helps them
actually setup and configure their Ecommerce solution. But a coach such as me can
help customers go from scratch to within 8 weeks gain information where they have
time to make decisions where a store they just buy they miss this information. I even go
so far as to include in my course, digital media the customers can watch to review key
concepts covered. These are not created with the goal of just setup instructions. There
are some specific videos that I recommend to customers if they choose one platform to
use which I make sure they know. It helps that I know people that are coaches and
consultants for just about any platform available. These are discussed with customers
when I think they need more help than just knowing the concepts of going from scratch
to fully setup solution in 8 weeks. It can be a misunderstanding that the service I help
with is with someone that is going to do this for the customer, but I make sure they
understand how a coach can help them. Each week key decisions are made by the
customer. All I can do as a coach is make them aware of what is best for them. And we
all know there are plenty of platforms, all kinds of software available, and companies
that make get rich schemes seem like this your best method. As a marketer, I am aware
how some people can be persuaded with empty promises. You won’t experience this

something that is a great product. Yet along with my coaching and IT background, I
have extensive knowledge of what customers are seeking. Much of this can get into
more elaborate training than is needed for just helping someone get this up and running

and lots of technical matters I am developing for customers where they already have
this set up. One thing customers I help with my eight week program is that if they are
my customers I am always going to be available with post eight week help. This may be
with more advanced training, or just free help beyond the eight week period.
With Ecommerce, there are legal, and financial decision where I will go over matters
such as terms of service, privacy statements, and other matters where it is going to be
best customers make sure they consult with their lawyer or CPA. When I provide
guidance in this area, I always make a point of making it clear that I am not offering
legal or CPA advice. Rather I am making them aware they need to maybe check this
out with certain professional help. Another area is people that sell food with their
Ecommerce solution. I make sure they know they could need to have licenses
depending on what state, country they live in.
